Yoga for a cause! Join us for a paw-sitively joyful yoga practice at Crooked Hammock with the puppies from Kind Keeper Animal Rescue- a local no-kill animal shelter!

Meet us on the beach as the sun sets over the ocean at Nash St Beach Access. We will follow a guided meditation by Leah of Her Sacred Circle then practice a gentle yoga flow as we watch the moon rise! This is your time for yourself to find your center and reflect! And it's oh so beautiful!
