Private Yoga Session: There are so many different styles of yoga. Vinyasa, Yin, Hatha, Kundalini, etc. Whether you want to experience a little bit of all styles, or stregthen your current practice, private sessions will give you the one-on-one guidance to stretch, strengthen and align from the inside out.
Private Pilates Session: Pilates focuses on core strength, posture, flexibility and balance. It also helps undo some of the effects of gravity (and working at a computer) by focusing on lengthening and strengthening the body.
Private Barre Session: Our ballet barre-based fitness offerings tone the entire body, burn calories and increase metabolism, while enhancing flexibility and endurance. Dynamic, fun, and low-impact. Classes are set to upbeat music to keep you energized and engaged.
Private Fitness Session: Depending on your personal goals, we can combine Yoga, Barre, Pilates or add Cardio Sculpt or heavier weights.
Private Guided Meditation Session: Learn breathing exercises and visualization techniques to heighten your awareness and elevate your mind.
Energy Healing Session: We have seven main energy centers that drastically effect all areas of our life. During this session, your energy centers will be measured and you will be given messages that come through. You'll also receive energy healing to align your energy centers.
Goal Coaching Session: Not sure where to begin? Maybe you're not even sure what you want. This session will involve guided journaling and visualization to get to the root of your desires. You'll walk away with a plan to reach your biggest goals.
Plant Based Life-Style Session: Interested in adding more plants into your diet? This session will give you some of the tools to begin a plant based lifestyle. Includes a grocery list and recipes as well as a plan based on your caloric needs.
