CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

All Levels Vinyasa Yoga: A progressive flow of yoga postures from seated to standing, balancing and more. Modifications always offered and variations given to those who want to take it up a notch. Build strength and find a deeper sense of peace and awareness. 

Barre:  Low impact but high intensity workout using light weights and other props to give you a full body burn.

Bosu + Bands: Using resistance bands, pilates balls and bosu balls to get your heart rate up and strengthen your whole body.

Yoga Nidra: A guided meditation practice done laying in savasana. One hour of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to four hours of sleep. Clear your subconscious mind and get the rest your body soul craves.

Yin Yoga: Long deep stretches that get into the deep connective tissues—the tendons, fascia, and ligaments—with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility
